Modern 9 Bedroom property Shadow is a stunning holiday villa for rent perched on the hills above Chaweng Noi on the east coast of Koh Samui. Luxury villa boasts two swimming pools, two indoor dining rooms, two contemporary kitchens, a separate Thai kitchen, two lounge/living rooms and plenty of outdoor terraces, walkways and balconies. Not to mention breathtaking views of the ocean below, the mountains behind the villa and the natural flora in the garden and the surrounding area.
The villa is best imagined as being in two sections with the garden separating each part. At the front overlooking the Gulf of Thailand there are four en-suite double bedrooms. Each has a walk-around balcony and each one is fully air-conditioned, as are all the bedrooms and living areas. They all have king size beds, floor-to-ceiling windows, generously sized shower and washrooms and safes. The upper two bedrooms also have deep bathtubs for relaxing and soaking away the fading memories of everyday life back home.
Nestled between both of the dual-level bedroom buildings is the dining room and kitchen with a large living room on the upper level. The dining table can seat 18 guests so that everyone can dine together in one room. In addition there is a sound system, a wall-mounted TV and of course Wi-Fi throughout the villa. The dining area has wonderful views of the ocean and leads directly onto the first infinity pool with attached jet-pool, ideal for relaxing in and sipping a cocktail or two as the sun sets behind the mountains to the rear of the villa. Above the dining room, the living room is filled with very comfortable sofas and a large screen TV and again has amazing views of the ocean below.
Just a few steps across the garden is the second section of the villa, which houses five en-suite bedrooms with the two on the upper levels also having bathtubs. These have ocean and mountain views and are decorated and equipped to the same high standards as the other bedrooms. And again this section also has a fully-equipped dining room and kitchen with a spacious lounge above. The swimming pool here has great views of the ocean and the mountains and also has a separate sun-deck which could be used for al-fresco dining or simply relaxing away from everyone else.
The approach road to the villa is steep so there are also two 4x4 pick-up trucks at your disposal and private parking at the villa. Should you choose not to drive we can provide a driver, arrange drop-offs and facilitate tours and trips around the island for an additional charge.
While Villa Shadow does offer peace and quiet it isn’t remote in any sense. Within 10 minutes you can be in the centre of Chaweng or Lamai. And the villa is located within the prestigious Samui Sunrise Valley Complex, a collection of luxury villas built on the hillside. At the entrance to the complex you’ll find a mini-mart, a children’s play area and the stunning ‘Sunrise Restaurant’. And the Royal Samui Golf & Country Club is just a few minutes’ drive from the villa.
