The lower level boasts gorgeous living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and first guest's bedroom. The middle floor hosts the second living room, also with a TV; the master bedroom and two guest’s rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Moving upstairs via the solid wooden staircase, the upper level of the house features a private swimming pool and charming terrace with BBQ.

The sharing large pool with children's section is located in front of the villa, and a few steps away - a kid's playground - ideal for evening entertainment for families with little ones. Horse riding, bicycles, paddle boards and tennis courts – you will find everything in the Laguna estate. Traditional style shuttle buses run all day around the complex, providing a free transportation to the beach and all points of interests of the Laguna.
