Contemporary style, Thai accents, and greenery landscapes create the perfect balance for the ultimate getaway. Villa for rent comprises six bedrooms: 4 in the main villa, and 2 in a separate self-contained apartment downstairs, and can accommodate up to 14 guests.
The master bedroom boasts a four-poster king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a large en-suite bathroom. Sliding double doors take you directly onto a spacious sun deck. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, cable TV and DVD player. Perfect for entertaining the kids after dinner, while you savor a glass of wine and enjoy the cooler evening air. It shares a generous family bathroom with bedroom 3 that has a queen-size bed and a small desk. Both these bedrooms also have direct access to the outdoor terrace and swimming pool. Bedroom 4 features a further queen-size bed and benefits from its en-suite shower room.
The bright main floor houses a very spacious living and dining spaces containing a dining table for 10 and fully-fitted Western-style kitchen. The living area has an L shaped sofa; flat screen LCD TV, home theatre and cable. You will find a wide selection of DVDs, CDs and board games for all the family.
Downstairs is a self-contained 2-bedroom apartment that has both private street access and stairs up to the pool deck and main house. Two bedrooms, one with twin beds and other with queen bed, come with en-suite bathrooms and opens directly into the second living area.
Adjacent to the self-contained apartment there is a spacious games room, offering a pool table, gym equipment, large flat-screen TV and 2 sofas (each the same size as a single bed) that can be comfortably transformed into two single beds. Outside of the games room and laundry is a covered recreation area containing full-size table tennis.
